Bought a LWPC12 on Amazon to turn our led strip light over our garage on and off at dusk and dawn. Lights work fine when wired direct, and also come on for about 3 seconds when fitting the control unit. It will not turn the led strip on with the black bag supplied over the control unit or at night. I think the control unit may be faulty. Have you any suggestions?
