“Good product - as per previous experience - but I do object to being forced to pay for "next day" delivery”

Thanks for the order and review Brian, We use tracked couriers DPD and DHL, and the delivery service we (and they) offer is 'next working day'. This is the service we use, as it gets orders to customers quicker, safer and reliably tracked. That service has received a high level of positivity over the years for those reasons. The postage cost also involves everything we do as a company to ensure the product / order is as perfect as possible before it's handed to the courier. We have a threshold of £120.00 (inc VAT), anything over that, is free carriage and still 'next working day' which we feel is a good service compared to many other lighting companies. “I was very pleased with the transformer I bought and have no complaints about Lumena's service. However, DHL who were the carriers were a total failure. I paid for next-day delivery and the item should have been delivered on Friday the 21st. It was not until late on Friday evening that DHL informed me that it would not be delivered until the next working day. As they don't appear to deliver at weekends I did not receive the transformer until the following Monday. Big disappointment!”
