“Fantastic communication through out the whole order, despatch and tracked delivery via DPD. Customer service was excellent, I used the instant message service to ensure the bulbs I ordered were suitable for my PIR bollard lights. I’d definitely use again and would recommend to friends and family. Oh the bulbs look amazing too!!”

“Ordered two Nightlight Sensor (bayonet) light bulbs from Lumena Lights . I was greatly impressed when the arrived very quickly and importantly were extremely well packaged. Unfortunately on fitting one of the bulbs , one of the bayonet pins was missing or fell off . I emailed Lumena with a photo of the faulty bulb and then phoned . They were very friendly and helpful and immediately sent a replacement bulb which is now fitted and working well. I can only say that the Customer Service and delivery standards at Lumena bulbs is SECOND TO NONE : WELL DONE GUYS : EXCELLENT. AJ . Scotland .”

“I was lucky enough to come across Lumena as they were the only supplier with available stock for a landscape project. Customer service was superb and they were able to accomodate for an International sale and direct shipping.
