Customer service and delivery were first class. My enquiry was dealt with, in a friendly and efficient manner, using the online chat service. I received all of the necessary items to install two of the 12v Eyelite downlighters the next day. They were of excellent quality, as were the cables, connectors, LED bulbs and transformer. Return and refund were assured, provided the items were repackaged as received. No need, however, as the finished effect turned out to be perfect , and has transformed the appearance of our driveway gates. Not cheap but worth every penny !
