“SHORT review: Outstanding customer service, efficient delivery and high quality product. Extremely happy customer who highly recommends them. LONG review: I'm not very technically minded and initially contacted Lumena regarding a lighting project (Garden lights & Patio lights) in my garden and spoke with Elliot on several occasions to work out how best to achieve what I envisaged. Elliot was very knowledgeable about Lumena products and how best to achieve what I was after by providing good ideas and suggestions I hadn't considered. At no stage did he try and rush things to 'get rid of me', but instead went out of his way to make sure I would be satisfied and even suggested an item that Lumena did not stock, but would be better for my needs. The lights arrived promptly and well packaged. I consider the quality of the various lights are of a high standard and certainly more solid than a lot of others I checked out. The lights have been in for about 2 months now and the results are even better than envisaged and the icing on the cake is that my wife is over the moon with how it all looks. So to summarise, excellent customer service, high products that I'm confident will last and a garden lit as I hoped for. Oh and a happy wife which = a happy life!”

“Fantastic communication through out the whole order, despatch and tracked delivery via DPD. “Ordered two Nightlight Sensor (bayonet) light bulbs from Lumena Lights . I was greatly impressed when the arrived very quickly and importantly were extremely well packaged. Unfortunately on fitting one of the bulbs , one of the bayonet pins was missing or fell off . I emailed Lumena with a photo of the faulty bulb and then phoned . They were very friendly and helpful and immediately sent a replacement bulb which is now fitted and working well. I can only say that the Customer Service and delivery standards at Lumena bulbs is SECOND TO NONE : WELL DONE GUYS : EXCELLENT. AJ . Scotland .”
