I want to support independent suppliers and I chose Lucy Cobb as a supplier of Robell trousers as I love that brand. I ordered two pairs of Robell 07 Capri in white and taupe in size 14 and they arrived quickly and were perfect. So I had no hesitation ordering another pair of Robell but this time with cuff in navy in size 14. They arrived but I couldn’t pull them up over my thighs let alone my hope! I returned them with an explanation on the return form but have not had any response which is disappointing. I want to reorder but don’t know whether the trousers were faulty or that the sizing is completely different from style to style. So I haven’t ordered and haven’t heard from Lucy Cobb either. Shame,
