“I recently bought a blue coat by OUI from Lucy Cobb, online, and am very pleased with it, also with the good service I received. It's good to find a local shop still selling this brand, as I can no longer order from their website because they have stopped shipping to the UK.”

“I love shopping with Lucy Cobb, the staff are always lovely and helpful. I buy a lot on line and they always send it the next day or on the day if you order early in the day. They are independent so I don’t worry that I might bump into somebody wearing the same outfit.”

“Ordered some tops which turned out to be a lot shorter than the pictures showed. I also wanted something soft inside as I had just had some serious surgery. These were very scratchy and unsuitable. I enquired about return postage costs as these weren’t fit for my purpose and was told in no in certain terms that I had to pay the return postage. I received my refund minus the original postage costs. I won’t be using them again - other companies seem to realise we live in an online world and deal with returns in a much more combiner friendly way. Very disappointed with the product and the ensuing customer service.”
