“The item received and customer service are both excellent. What is not excellent, though, are the daily emails. I'm happy to receive a weekly email but, no more, so will be cancelling my 'subscription'.”

“Very impressed to receive the gloves ordered the next day as I knew they would be delivered after Christmas! They were not a present so the delivery date did not matter. Very nice gloves,exact colours I wanted & a good fit. You are an excellent shop”

“I thought I'd try the Marie petite fleece lined & have to say wish I'd bought a pair sooner. They are lovely and warm and fit really well, as do all my Robell trousers I've bought from Lucy. I'd recommend anyone to try a pair of the fleece lined, so glad I did.”

“Comprehensive stock of Robell products and had no trouble in finding what I wanted. Delivery was quick and well packed and all in all very pleased to have Lucy Cobb and this will be my first port of call for future Robell items.”
