“Love, love Lucy Cobb ! Recently bought some Robell trousers and Lucy’s advice was excellent. It seemed that she knew my size better than me ! “The trousers were lovely but sadly didn't fit me. I feel guilty in returning them when my order arrived so quickly and carefully packaged. I was very impressed with the service from Lucy Cobb and will definitely order from her again and will encourage my friends to do so as well. I wish that everyone was as efficient.”

“Your service has been very much up to standard re delivery and returns. Unfortunately the product of Robell Marie jeans weren't the same texture and quality of others I've ordered . Obvs not your fault as the manufacturers must have changed the quality and material of the product. Marjorie Hunt”

“Discovered this shop through the internet - customer service is excellent much better than any other supplier of Robell - the service is personalised and I am so pleased I have now become a "Cobbett" - a very exclusive family. Lucy's videos/photos of the Robell range, and other clothing, show clearly what the clothing looks like and it so helpful and unique to get good descriptions/measurements/guidance as to which is the best style and size for you. Am so glad I discovered this lovely shop and staff.”
