“Very good and quick service . Unfortunately my purchases were not suitable but i sent them back and my refund was done very quickly. Will definitely shop with Lucy Cobb again as i have in the past.”

“I ordered something on 27 th December and really didn’t expect it to be delivered until the new year. In fact the parcel arrived before NYE despite the disruption in the postal system and the holiday period. Well done!”

“Very impressed to receive the gloves ordered the next day as I knew they would be delivered after Christmas! They were not a present so the delivery date did not matter. Very nice gloves,exact colours I wanted & a good fit. You are an excellent shop”

“I thought I'd try the Marie petite fleece lined & have to say wish I'd bought a pair sooner. They are lovely and warm and fit really well, as do all my Robell trousers I've bought from Lucy. I'd recommend anyone to try a pair of the fleece lined, so glad I did.”
