“Good price and availability on the trousers I wanted. Ordered a few other things from the sale which were not right when I tried them on. Sent them back and refunded me immediately. Also called regarding out of stock item! Great service and great communication”

“I’ve only just discovered Lucy Cobb. I’m a favourite of Robell trousers so very pleased to see their extensive range. I also spotted a pretty dress in their sale and I’m delighted with it and the Robell Marie trousers I bought previously. So two purchases so far and will continue to look at their website for future purchases.”

“Great service, had items delivered rather than collect this time and delivery was really quick, also had to return an item which was easy and the refund was processed very quickly with regular updates. Great clothes and great service!”

“Excellent rapid service. Bought 2 pairs of camo joggers. Said to be one size but pink a lot smaller than the blue or blue larger than the pink (label said XL)! No matter, I think they’d fit most shapes .”

“I can't speak highly enough of you. I bought a pair of Robell Bella trousers which I love and after watching Lucy in her styling video went on to purchase a OUI sweater because it looked so good with the Bella trousers. I called to identify which sweater it actually was and was able to order it immediately. My clothes arrived quickly and well packaged. Your clothes are lovely, customer service is exemplary even with our current challenges and your videos are a triumph inspiring us to put great outfits together. I am not local but am going to visit your store when all this madness is over and we can travel freely. Thank you for your great service.”
