“Very disappointed and insulted, asked for my opinion on my purchase, gave my honest opinion, and then had a patronising degrading response, will never order from Lucy Cobb again, l was polite and positive She was rude and personal, not acceptable.”

Margaret. Thanks for your review about our service. This jumper is our BEST selling knit this season so I’m not sure you are reviewing the same item. It’s £35 and is very definitely a jumper, and a great price! I’m sure you must be reviewing something else…the timah is absolutely nothing like a t shirt! Thank you. Lucy x

“A friend from Saddleworth recommended the Robell Capri pants. I bought them after the summer but in anticipation of a winter sun holiday in St Lucia. Really loved the pants. Still hoping that St Lucia is ok!!!”

“Lucy was great... I had a very personal service that when above and beyond. Lucy made it possible for me to get myself out of a hole of my own making, so to speak. Note to self NEVER use a bread trimmer on elasticated material. I've been forgiven so thanks again Lucy - Best Chris”
