“Very pleased with the fast efficient service. I had to exchange one of the pairs of Robell trousers, and within 24 hours I had confirmation of my return. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Fantastic Robell products at a good price with lots of choice. I would have rated ***** but I had to wait some time for delivery - however!....that was probably not due to Lucy Cobb but rather the delivery services in my area.”

Jayne. Thank you for your feedback. I’ve looked into this with the girls today and I think that we must have deleted your message by mistake. We read and reply to them all each day and flag the ones we need to keep outstanding to check on and I think this was just human error I’m afraid. I’ve looked back and seen your message as dealt with and we just sent the auto reply. I do apologise for this it’s not our usual standard.
