“Prompt service, but a little disappointed that the size 14 are larger than a navy blue pair I possess in the same size. I note that postage has to be paid for returns, as I would have liked to return for size 12.”

Hi Noreen thank you for your feedback. As an independent boutique unfortunately we cant cover the cost of returns. We can always swap a pair for you, just write on a note in the package and we will sort it out at our end. Kind regards and thank you. Lucy

“Found their website whilst searching for Robell trousers. Being the first time I had bought them and being unsure the best style I spoke to a lovely lady at their headquarters who pointed me in the right direction. Her advice was spot on, my trousers arrived promptly and being Robell were postage free. I started to look at the other things they sell as I’m sure I will order again. I’d definitely recommend this company”
