“Lucy Cobb Ltd is a gem of a business which demonstrates truly excellent customer service selling a range of lovely products. I contacted the store as I wanted to buy a jumper in a specific colour which was not available. They were able to source the item from the wholesaler and sent it to me. Super customer service. The 5 Stars are well deserved. Thankyou.”

“The website is easy to use and place an order. I received my item quickly but had selected the wrong color so returned it. My refund was processed very quickly. I ordered the correct color which arrived promptly. I was very happy with my item and the whole experience.”
