“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not sure what to order on line, so ordered 2 different styles. On receiving the order the shop contacted my by telephone to discuss the style and sizing. The item ordered arrived very quickly and the quality if great.”

“I’m always a bit dubious about on line ordering from a new website but Lucy Cobb were excellent. I received emails updating me on my order which was delivered 8 days after ordering. Would definitely recommend.”

“I ordered some trousers on Friday 22nd May and they arrived on the Tuesday 26th May. This is fantastic service given the current challenges and it was a Bank Holiday. Delighted with my trousers they look good and are so comfortable. Always great service from Lucy and the team and I would love to work at your store xx”

“Sorry to say I had to return my order:-A15940 of Black Dot Iris top as very disappointed to see it was Navy with White Dots. When I rang your office I was told as it said Black Dot Iris in label they had to advertise it as such . The lady I spoke to wasn’t really bothered and said to send it back! I wouldn’t have ordered navy and anyway as it’s not a colour I wear. I put a request in parcel asking for postage to be refunded please. Very disappointed in staffs attitude and no apology.”

“Very quick delivery of lovely clothes I started with the Robel trousers and now have several . I recently bought polka dot ones and 3 Tops which are fabulous and such a good price. Lucy Cobb offers excellent service, I have had to return an item and it is refunded so quickly. I highly recommend Lucy”

“I have usually called into the shop for clothes, but since Lucy Cobb has needed to close due to the current restrictions in place I have used the website, and ordered on two occasions now. Delivery to the shop for collection has been quick, and when I have rang to arrange collection the ladies have had my orders ready straight away. All the items ordered have been excellent quality as always. Thank you 😊”
