“I have had trouble with the sizing of Robell trousers. I ordered the same size as previous pairs I own, a Size 12, but the Size 12 I received was two inches bigger on the hips. Had to order a Size 10 which was perfect. They are obviously a bit random on the sizing which is very annoying. I had to return the Size 12 at my cost which was £4.70. Still awaiting a refund of £54.99 and Hannah said she would look into refunding my postage as there was a size discrepancy which was not my fault. I have heard nothing and still await my refund. Not pleased with their service to date.”

“I have ordered from Lucy Cobbon a few occasions. I can't fault the quality of the garments I ordered. Delivery was Swift, with the garments carefully packaged. Customer service was excellent when I had to return an item. Five star service!”

“Fast, efficient online order. However, when I visited the shop recently I couldn't browse the Robell collection for myself. Instead, I had to ask for whatever I wanted to see to be brought to me. This isn't how I shop. I don't necessarily know what I want until I see it”
