“Amazing service with same day dispatch for next day delivery. Unfortunately despite paying for next day delivery and writing a delivery address and an invoice address the item was delivered to my home address (I was away) and not the address I had listed for delivery.”

Hi Ally. Thank you for your feedback. We have checked our system this morning and we only have one address. Your home address. Our system won’t allow us to send to any address other than the delivery address as it’s automatic. So I’m unsure what happened but unfortunately we haven’t been given an alternative address on this occasion. Thank you for your order and I hope it resolved itself. Lucy.
