“I ordered several pairs of Robell trousers in different styles & sizes. Someone from this company rang me to discuss the order & suggested the sizes & styles that would suit me. What incredible service! The pair of trousers that I ended up with fit me perfectly. I shall be using this site again as the customer service just went above & beyond.”

“There was a "mix up" with delivery and my order was sent to another Lady and I received her order. After a couple of calls the team in store contacted the other Customer and arranged for re posting. The postal costs was re embursed and it was all sorted. The service as always was exceptional.”
