“I recently sent for two jackets one size 16 and one size 18. I sent for both sizes as I was not sure which size would fit. I chose the 16 and returned the 18 for a refund. I return the item first class and was really surprised to receive my refund within a few days. I am very pleased with my jacket and may purchase another in a different colour. Excellent service from Lucy Cobb Ltd.”

“Even though I ordered on line I felt that I was receiving personal attention. I was called by Lucy herself who did everything to resolve a stock issue. Products were despatched quickly and my refund was given immediately.”

“I recently came across Lucy Cobb whilst browsing the internet. I placed an order for some trousers and a jumper. My order arrived promptly and was beautifully packaged. I had to exchange one item for another size and have to say that the customer service was excellent as the exchanged item was quickly received and an adjustment refund processed to my credit card. I will definitely be ordering from Lucy Cobb integrate future,”
