“I recently sent for two jackets one size 16 and one size 18. I sent for both sizes as I was not sure which size would fit. I chose the 16 and returned the 18 for a refund. I return the item first class and was really surprised to receive my refund within a few days. I am very pleased with my jacket and may purchase another in a different colour. Excellent service from Lucy Cobb Ltd.”
