“My order was made online and was processed the same day. Unfortunately even the smallest size of the brand of trousers I had chosen was too big and I had to return them. The return was acknowledged and a refund was processed immediately. No hassle. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“I think this is possibly the best online purchase I have ever made. What a personal, professional and amazingly bespoke service. I cannot rate Lucy Cobb highly enough. Not only was the online logistical process quick and easy…I even had a phone call to ask if I was happy with the sizes I had ordered (due to ordering 2 different sizes of garments). “As usual first class service from Lucy Cobb Ltd. Beautifully packed and speedy delivery - cannot fault. Sadly I had to return the Robell denim trousers as they weren't what I expected, I thought they'd more like denim jean type trousers. Refund processed extremely quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to order again from Lucy Cobb.”
