“I order these logs for my daughter. They are proving more economical according to her they burn so well and last longer than anything she has tried before. It’s very special that you can contact Heather and Paul if you need to so it’s more a personal service. I like to help my daughter out from time to time. “Easy to use website, with a decent selection of merchandise. Impressive next day delivery service. More expensive than my local supplier, but no doubt that's down to delivery costs and their eco credentials etc. It is good to be able to select smaller logs, thereby saving me time and effort cutting them down. Will probably use again, but not all the time.”

“Over the moon to have found Love Logs, they are so well seasoned I use about half the amount of wood I was previously using, I get higher heat consumption and significantly less ash which as a full time boat dweller with no other heating source is an aboslute game changer. They are a little more expensive than some other options by weight but I use so much less this becomes negligable. The subscription is so easy to change the dates, pause etc. It seems as though they really take environmental concerns seriously rather than just use it to green wash. It's plastic free, a family run company, supports british woodland practices and plants trees. Thank you Heather and Paul!!”

“Quality, quality and quality again. The Oak and Apple wood is proper wood, that will not go up in smoke in a matter of seconds, like the cheap stuff in the supermarkets etc The Charcoal, whilst fairly pricey, is of a much, much higher quality than the usual stuff. I highly recommend the Apple Charcoal which burns beautifully, hot and long. You really do get what you pay for, and best of all no nasty chemicals in sight, and sustainable for the environment. What’s not to like, I’ve been ordering from here for the last year or so, and they’ve got a lifelong customer with me. Next day delivery as well, always turns up prompt and well boxed. 10/10”

“I ordered a box of Hobbit Logs to try on the little Boatman stove that we have on our narrowboat. The box arrived the following day. The shortest logs are perfect and they burn cleanly and for longer than the ones we were using before. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be reordering.”

“We have ordered from Love Logs for a about a year and the Hobbit logs are perfect for our small burner. Deliveries come on time and are packaged amazingly! We had a problem on the width of the logs in the last delivery (delivered on a Saturday). We emailed Love Logs and received a reply on a Sunday (which was very unexpected but much appreciated). Immediately Love Logs arranged for new boxes to be sent and the other boxes to be collected to see what had gone wrong - seriously could not ask for more than that. Exemplary customer service.”

“This is the 2nd order I have placed with this company. The delivery is extremely fast and the quality of the product is amazing. When you light it, there is no smoke whatsover, its so clean burning. This year I opted for the single species Oak and I think it is even cleaner burning. It's nice to buy such a quality sustainable product with none of those nasty chemicals.”
