“Pizza pellets 20kg. Bought for Ooni Fyra. Was a little sceptical thinking I had to purchase the Ooni hardwood variety to achieve results. Just finished first burn 🔥 with Love Logs pellets and would highly recommend, temp reached easily and a similar if not longer burn time. Delivery was fast and a great touch with the environmentally friendly packaging. Will definitely be buying again if I ever get through the 20kg 😁”

“The logs arrived promptly and were very well packaged. I received a mixed box including Apple, Cherry and Oak. The kettle BBQ was set up as a smoker and I briefly soaked the chunks of wood in water. We smoked spare ribs and lamb shoulder. The results were fantastic, with succulent, tender meat with subtle smoky flavour that was balanced with spicy dry rub and a sweet, smoky and spicy chipotle sauce. Thank you very much love logs, will definitely order again. Alex”

Thanks very much Alex! I personally advise against soaking your chunks, we go to a lot of effort to remove as much water as possible and they create cleaner smoke if you leave them dry. Everyone has their preferred methods, but from a smoke quality point of view, my advice is to keep them dry. Happy cooking 🔥 Paul

“Great quality wood and superior burn compared with other logs and kindling. Yes, it's expensive but you get what you pay for. Ideal for my pizza oven and I will definitely order again.”
