“Very efficient and prompt service. Easy to light fire lighters (no chemicals). Charcoal lit and burns well. Very happy”

“A very good product that does burn hotter and a bit longer than a softwood product. Only issue was that the delivery arrived early, the morning after it was scheduled. Parcel force issue and not Loce Logs fault. Good to be able to purchase an ethically sourced product.”

“I have now used their wood on 3 cooks and it is great. Heats up nicely and provides a good flame. Their policy of no plastic and planting of trees is great.”

“Fantastic company. Forgot to oder hardwood chips to use for our new outdoor pizza oven, which I'd bought to use for a birthday celebration in the garden. Quickly ordered the essential wood chips, which came the following lunch time in good time for the celebration the following day. Very pleased with the customer service and excellent quality wood.”

“I placed my first order recently for pizza oven pellets. I found the whole ordering process seamless. The communications were excellent and my order arrived next day as promised. The pellets are great quality and the price is very competitive. I also used the video for lighting my pizza oven for the first time which was brilliant. Will definitely be ordering again, thanks 😊”

“The smoking fuel kit was brilliant, it has a little bit of everything. Love the natural charcoal especially. I will definitely be ordering again. Best bbq we’ve had in a long time I’ve never used smoking wood chunks before they really do make a difference.”
