“All very good. Clear and friendly website. Bio-ethical principles. Speedy delivery. Good e-mail updates throughout. Great packaging helps with storage in garage. Wood works very well in our new stove.”

“Fantastic service, unfortunately one pack of two was damaged in transit (no fault of love logs). They swiftly reached out and sent out a replacement which arrived only one day after the original delivery was due! Tier 1 customer service!”

“They burn slowly but efficiently and that means using less logs. They even smell nice and I like the fact they come neatly packed a strong cardboard box. Good to know it's helping environment too”

Hi Suzanne, It should usually come in one delivery but when DPD are very busy, they will prioritise getting parcels out of the depot do occasionally they will get split up - it shouldn't happen often though 😃 Thanks so much for the lovely review and for supporting our business! Paul & Heather
