“Excellent customer service. For me the basics are important. Things like responding to emails and in my experience they have always been excellent at providing responses. The packaging for the clothing makes it feel that bit more special than a lot of other clothing shops. I would highly recommend Louis Copeland.”

“Ordered a Barbour jacket it was delivered the following morning, you cannot do much better than that. Only slight problem was the courier delivered to the completely wrong address but fortunately I knew the house.”

“I bought a coat from this store and, unfortunately, there was an issue with it. However, the team went above and beyond to fix the situation. They eventually arranged for the coat to be picked up from my home and exchanged it for a better one. I live in the Netherlands and the store is in Ireland, yet the process was seamless. This is honestly the best service I have ever experienced from any clothing store. I highly recommend them.”

“I bought the UBR titan Parka it came in excellent time and the process was very easy online. The coat arrived but unfortunately in the wrong size for me my fault, however I was able to return it to the cork store and purchased it in my correct size with the greatest of ease Darren Murray the sales assistant in Cork was excellent.”
