“Had to return goods purchased because of size. Glad to discover there was no postal cost returning them which was good. Awaiting their return. Overall very satisfied Thank You.”

“I received an email confirming that the item I had ordered was available for collection in store. I called to the store over the weekend and the item was not available and the staff were not very customer service focussed. My credit card has been charged & I have called to the store twice and I still don't have the item I ordered. Previous experiences with shopping in the store have been good this wasy first online purchase with your store and it has been very poor. Regards”
