“I was very pleased with the service and the packaging was beautiful. The 'note' from Louis Copeland was a lovely touch. The delivery was timely and rather than being as the mercy of a courier (waiting for them to turn up or find my house!!) An Post did the job so less stress for me. Having not bought from the company before and with free return postage, my experience of its online service would mean I would happily do so again.”

“My item arrived promptly however the security tag was left on which meant I had to return it. When I spoke to the customer services representative I asked if I would receive a little something for the inconvenience was a little disappointed when item was returned with nothing extra only a bow on box”

“I placed my order for a Paul & Shark jumper and it arrived well packaged and quickly, it was not what I thought it was and returned it and I received an email a day or two later to say they had received parcel and I was given my refund very promptly.
