“This was my first time buying from Louis Copeland. I was very happy with my purchases. All three items arrived by courier within a few days. I was advised of the arrival time (one hour window) and delivery arrived within that time window. The quality of the goods purchased were excellent. They were very well packed, and I would have no hesitation in buying on line from Louis Copeland in the future.”

“I ordered 3 shirts from their recent online sale and they were hand delivered in no time at all. A small issue with one of them so I made contact as per the instruction received with the delivery. the reply was immediate and the replacement shirt was collected from one of the stores straight away. Superb service as always and excellent value. Always a pleasure dealing with Louis Copeland both in store and on line. Keep up the good work everyone and i look forward to seeing your stores open and trading again very soon PG.”

“Excellent service as expected from Louis Copeland. I was called to double-check on alterations I was seeking and advised on this. Nothing less than I have experienced in the shops from staff in the past. Some of your questions below are difficult to answer: my order was placed online and then your staff telephoned me. Also, I was called more than 24 hours after the order was placed. No place for those answers below.”
