“Fantastic service website very easy to navigate great value in sales items and great support with a couple of size queries. Ordered late Wednesday night and goods delivered before noon on Friday. Great to see a legendary Irish retailer adapting to these strange and difficult times for business. Keep up the good work and 10/10 for service. I will be back 👍”

“Delighted with my first purchase from Louis Copeland. Fast, excellent delivery, nice personal touch with a note. The shirt I ordered turned out to be a bit too big so when I contacted support, they phoned me back immediately and were extremely helpful. Customer service is king in online shopping IMO and Louis Copeland are as good as it gets :) I'll be back !”

“Fantastic chat advice - but Canali XL shirts are obviously made for XL Italians and not Irish men!! Personal delivery was very impressive as I live locally to your distribution centre. Return of one item for a larger size arranged without any fuss.”

“Louis Copeland provides a truly excellent service. Buy on line confident that in the event of a problem simply return for a full refund. “Amazing service as always. Delivery took a bit longer than my last order (understandable during current restrictions) but clothes arrived beautifully packaged. They are gifts so that was really helpful. Clothes are fantastic quality and as I bought on sale, absolutely great value. Very, very happy customer.”
