“The item I ordered online was not in stock, despite the website saying it was. As I was paying in £ sterling, I was charged a foreign exchange fee by my card company - which was ok when I thought I was getting something - but not when I ended up with nothing ...... except a further foreign transaction fee for processing the refund!!”

“Received completely the wrong item. Customer services were very slow to respond and could not supply the correct item. Took 3 weeks to get a refund. Complete waste of my time.”

“I ordered a coat for my husband but, when it arrived, it was a slimmer fit than I had expected and I had to return it for exchange to the larger size. I received the replacement coat within a matter of days . In all my dealings with Louis cope land I have been very satisfied with their pleasant and efficient service . I shall be happy to use them again and would recommend them to others.”

“Having shopped at Louis Copeland for our wedding and received such wonderful service I decided to give the online centre a try.I would highly recommend it the service is stellar - I selected a coat for my husband which arrived within five days. The quality was certainly up to that stated on the Web page, if not higher. The coat was however too big and I was given clear directions as to how to return it and receive either a replacement or refund. Customer service was excellent and delivery was prompt. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone. Thanks for your professional and kind assistance. I look forward to dealing with you again in the future.”
