“Everything was good Only issue was the site would not accept the additional 10 percent after trying several times. I purchased anyway However! The next day the girls in the store refunded my discount. That was followed up by a phone call from Louis himself to make sure I was happy with the outcome. That kind of service just doesn’t happen now days and I was chuffed. So big thanks to all involved. Another happy customer. Hope they fit me now !! Thanks Willy”

“Brilliant customer service. Part of my order was a pair of jeans which subsequently were out of stock. Got a call straight away to let me know and advise that a suitable alternative was in stock. Even though this alternative was slightly more expensive than my original order they swapped the items for no additional charge. When the items arrived it was immediately clear the alternative was a perfect substitute. Couldn't recommend highly enough”
