“I ordered shoes for collection at Wicklow St. On arrival I found they were the wrong shoes and the shoes I ordered were not in stock and therefore I was unable to make the purchase. I have used the online service numerous times before but on this occasion I was very disappointed”

“The overall experience was excellent. Delivery was fast and efficient. Product was very well wrapped. The box it came in was solid and secure. The email I received shortly after placing the order letting me know who I could contact if I had any problems with the purchase was a lovely touch. I was constantly updated as to the progress of the delivery. Louis Copeland's is a brand I associate with quality service excellence and my experience during this online transaction certainly matched my expectation.”

“Excellent customer service and a good selection of quality brands ( Gant , Boss etc ) . Delivery of order was prompt and I really like boxed packaging that you use as I've found that recently orders I've had from House of Fraser , John Lewis etc are not packaged to such a good standard .”
