“Hi I ordered some Jumpers last week and they were delivered within few days which is excellent service, it was my first on line order, I was prompted by flyer you sent around which gave €15 discount, which again was fine. But when I registered and opened on line account it clearly states you get 10% discount on first order, I didn't, I order polo shirts yesterday and was charges full amount again no 10% discount, can you look in to this for me. This is my only gripe as everything else including the website is excellent John Sunderland”
