“Initial phone contact over the weekend easily solved any potential issues Ordering, finally by phone, was easy and straightforward with the company calling me promptly as agreed the day before Goods arrived exactly as and when discussed , beautifully packed.. Living overseas, possible returns was a query, but could have been easily done had I needed it. All in all an excellent service which I will be using again.”

“I choose a 70th birthday gift online... they phoned to say it was out of stock but there was something quite similar,which was described to me & I was happy with. I was under pressure with time & it was sent asap. An post made an error but I asked Louis Copeland.com to locate the package which they did. They contacted the depot, phoned me to let me know the location of the depot. I was in a position to be able to collect it & was happy to do so & Louis Copeland.com staff member Luke was super helpful in ensuring I was able to get the package on time. I think it's an excellent service & I knew when I ordered that I would have a lovely gift, smartly packaged. Many thanks”

“Selection of items was very good. Over 12 days later, I am still waiting for the items to be released from US Customs (where they have been stuck for 8 days) to be delivered to me. Hopefully, the customs declaration attached to the package was not confusing.”
