“I rang the store enquiring about a gift for my godson. I asked for advice about a brown leather laptop bag which I had seen on the website. A very helpful, courteous gentleman assisted me, answered my questions and I proceeded to purchase the item online. The store followed up with a phone call to let me know that they would have one in stock in a couple to days and it would be delivered then, he enquired as to whether that was alright timewise as he understood it was a birthday gift. The gift was delivered to my home a couple of days ago. I am very happy with the manner in which my query was dealt with from beginning to end. Thank you so much. Annemarie Finnegan Lawlor”

“First time dealing with Louis Copeland, purchased 2 items shirt and shoes. The shoes were not available but got a call From a must help full Lady who tried everything to get me sorted. I think her name was Pauline it started with a P I.. have deleted the message. Shoes arrived not what I ordered but will still hold on to them. The shirt was perfect and ironed well. I would deal with Louis Copeland again and found there customer service top class. Was very impressed that the head of the company even answered the phone the first time I made contact with the company. A great sign of a real hands on approach and is fully aware of what the customer requires.”

“I happened upon this lovely Lubiam herringbone jacket and wanted it so badly. Before purchasing and having it shipped to the US, I felt I needed to ask a few questions about size and fit. “Delighted with my first purchase from Louis Copeland. Fast, excellent delivery, nice personal touch with a note. The shirt I ordered turned out to be a bit too big so when I contacted support, they phoned me back immediately and were extremely helpful. Customer service is king in online shopping IMO and Louis Copeland are as good as it gets :) I'll be back !”
