“Fantastic chat advice - but Canali XL shirts are obviously made for XL Italians and not Irish men!! Personal delivery was very impressive as I live locally to your distribution centre. Return of one item for a larger size arranged without any fuss.”

“Louis Copeland provides a truly excellent service. Buy on line confident that in the event of a problem simply return for a full refund. Yeah I know, everyone does this but not with the speed and efficiency of Louis Copeland. It is genuinely a pleasure to spend money with these guys. Oh yeah, the staff are fantastic too.”

“Amazing service as always. Delivery took a bit longer than my last order (understandable during current restrictions) but clothes arrived beautifully packaged. They are gifts so that was really helpful. Clothes are fantastic quality and as I bought on sale, absolutely great value. Very, very happy customer.”

“I have been a customer for years, always enjoy the experience and service you get in a shop so I wasn't sure about going with the online route but I suppose times dictate and we must adapt! I couldn't be more impressed with the service; fast and efficient, the site is easily navigated, I ordered one size wrong myself and it was solved in quick time with absolutely no hassle. Well worth trying until life is back to normal and we can get back into shops.”

“I have always received excellent and tailored personal service, advice and prompt delivery from Louis Copeland & Sons. Though I visit the Wicklow Street branch when back in Dublin, I am still a overseas customer. Nevertheless I enjoy the same service from John Byrne and his colleagues, as if I was personally there in the shop.”
