“I’m a huge fan of double strapped monk shoes. I was after a certain colour and design which only Louis Copeland happened to stock. Their website is excellent and the ease of purchasing superb. I was also able to “live chat” and have my questions answered with clarity prior to ordering. My delivery arrived exceptionally fast, with customer services available every step of the way. However the magic was in opening the shoe box and seeing before me the exact shoes I longed for in reality and true to the online image and description in every way. To say I’m a satisfied customer is an understatement. A million thanks guys, truly appreciated!”

“We faced the challenge of purchasing a men's suit as a Christmas gift for our gender non-binary university student. After unsuccessful visits to department stores and designer shops, we decided to try Louis Copeland on Capel Street. We were greeted by Paddy Kearns, who was a consummate professional. Paddy took a series of measurements of our child and went off in search of options. He returned with a number of splendid choices, including a beautiful navy suit that was just the thing we were in search of. We returned a week later to collect the perfectly tailored final product, and Paddy also guided us through selecting an accompanying shirt and tie to complete the ensemble. Our child and we are delighted. We cannot compliment Paddy Kearns sufficiently for his professional behavior and cordiality throughout what may have been a somewhat unusual fitting.”
