“I bought a Barbour coat from Louis Copeland, the purchase process was excellent and my coat arrived in a couple of days and the coat is already a part of my daily wardrobe.”

“Thank you - choice and delivery were straightforward, I was able to phone the shop (Pembroke Street) and confirm the fabric type, I was familiar with previous versions of the brand and fit. I was happy to purchase online as I knew you had a meaningful retail presence on the ground.”

“Have been using Louis & Sons for couple of decades NOT because of the excellence of their products or their very broad range & value - though of course these are taken for granted. No, the REAL reason is their absolute customer focused service. These folks Customer Service is, simply put, second to none, here in Dublin.”

“The only issue I had was buying a pair of jeans in the Black Friday sale in shop only for them to be further reduced in Cyber sale. Seeing that I was a regular customer I’d have expected the lower price to wbe given to me in shop. On a €449 pair of jeans it means an extra €35 saving. So I bought them online and returned the originals. Otherwise excellent as always.”

“Excellent customer service & I really get the sense they care about their customers. I’ve bought clothes online & delivery time is wow. The quality of their clothes is very good (so my partner tells me!) & it’s great to be able to purchase clothes manufactured in Europe. It’s also important to support an Irish company especially during these times.”
