“I couldn't be happier with the efficient service I have received from you. I had a slight problem with the jumper I ordered, there was a mark on it. I phoned you up and without question you replaced it with a dearer jumper as mine was not in stock. I truly don't think you could ask for any better than that. Also presentation and the way it was wrapped.”

“My brother was very pleased to receive a voucher for one of your shirts on his birthday. Unfortunately, there was no indication of who it was from. When ordering, I had not noticed anywhere to add a message or indicate that I was the originator. Maybe it's my age, but perhaps a prompt in your ordering process might not go amiss. “I never received my order was not kept up 2 date by your couriers which was returned to the shop. Haven't received my money back yet. What else is there to say it hasnt really gone my way has it.”
