“The in-store experience is always top drawer but I had what I thought would be an issue recently - needed to make an online purchase but had a voucher I'd received, during Covid, that was for in-store use only. I made one phone call and my voucher's card number was instantly converted into an online code for me to use. The call lasted about 90 seconds and was dealt with confidently and without issue. Order was then placed and I received my purchase quickly, along with a handwritten note and a follow-up e-mail to make sure everything was ok with my purchase. The e-mail included 3 mobile numbers for senior members of staff in case there was any issue. I get that not all companies can provide this level of service but have to say it was incredibly impressive. Long may this exceptional level of service continue, Louis & team!”
