“I have bought a few items and the experience is always terrific. It's hard to make a customer feel valued for an-line transaction, but Louis Copeland manage to do so; the use of quality packaging, top class distribution partner with multiple order tracking updates; and a small handwritten personal note with the item, all add up to an excellent experience. I also needed to return an item as I had sized in incorrectly, and that was seamless. I Will keep buying from here, as the value is really good too.”

“I am delighted with my latest purchases. The summer cardigan is very beautiful and looks so stylish. The staff in Wicklow Street were very helpful and friendly. I also purchased a coat online which was returned. Aaron could not have been more helpful and arranged for another size to be collected in their Dundrum store. The staff there could not have been more helpful.”

The complementary tailoring is such a huge perk and they get it impeccably right every time, despite my lack of physical presence. I give them my measurements and they nail it every time.
