“I recently purchased two items online. The delivery was free and so efficient.The items arrived in a precise package. When I opened the box, the items were wrapped and presented so well. I also received an envelope with a thank you message which I genuinely was so impressed with that personal touch which I haven't experienced anywhere else. “Customer service was exceptional from my initial enquiry to the point of delivery which reinforced my trust in placing an order with Louis Copeland.I bought a UBR coat which even with the import duties was highly competitive and they made the whole process of ordering and delivery simple.
