“I found all process very easy, by mistake I ordered wrong size but (automatic) confirmation email that was sent to me from orders gave an option to reply to it which i found very helpfull when i had to change my size. Next morning I rang web order number just to make sure that the right size will be send out to me and I found the man dealing with me very helpfull, he briefly went through different sizes with me over the phone to make sure I will receive a product I will be happy with so that was a nice surprise. jackett i bought i found to be a good value for money and I am very happy with it. My parcel arrived less than 2 days after I placed my ordered and was nicely packed + hand written message ''thank you for your custom '' was a very nice touch and added more of a personality to it and customer service; in my opinion it showes that you value customer bying online as much as the one coming to the shop in person.....so over all well done Louis.....I will defo consider you when I am shopping again regards Mateusz”

“I ordered a Louis Copeland, white, double cuff shirt in a size 16 collar, what I got was a size 16.5, the docket said it was a 16 but the collar on the shirt said 16.5. Ordinarily I would send it back however this shirt is for my wedding next Saturday and there just isn't time to send it back and get a new one sent out! I'll just have to hope it fits on the day!”

“Quick response, good no nonsense service. A bit disappointed with the Jeans. I specifically shopped around for the same Gant jeans I had before style, size, etc. I have been supplied with exactly what I ordered but they are not the same. This is down to Gant rather than Louis Copeland!”
