“Bought my wedding suit in dundrum . Lovely suit and best fit I have ever had. The staff where very nice and helpfull . The only let down was there was some white thread showing on one of my a shoulders (black suit, only a small bit) but it was mentioned to me/ people trying to pull at it all day. I went especially to copelands as I was expecting good things/ excellent talors. This was the only let down of the process but it was the end product.”

“Excellent customer service. However, companies are only as good as the people who work in them. I dealt with a gentleman called Martinas. He couldn't have been more helpful. He even offered to go to one of the shops to check an item for me. i'll definitely purchase from this company in future”

“I requested a call back which arrived within a few minutes. I placed an order on the back of it and my new jacket arrived within 18 hours. I tried to buy the same jacket in two other shops and they didn't have my size and I hate trawling around shops; this is my new preferred option.”

“Found item i wanted easily. Confirmation email was received but i didnt get '24 hour' delivery within Ireland which the website claims and also received no dispatch email. When i tried emailing the email address listed on the website was defunct.”

“1 Item ordered was not in stock even though no mention on the website 2 Wrong shirt delivered 3 Won't be using it again as i think it better to go to shop itself because I think i will be return ing the complete order due to not really looking like what I saw on the site. 4 Delivery time is good 5 Packaging is nice”
