“My 4th purchase from Louis Copeland online. They have the very best customer service and I cannot fault them. Nieve, Martinas and Acer, all wonderful and a great credit to the firm of Louis Copeland. It's the Customer service I receive that makes me go back to shop again. This time they took the trouble to tailor 3 shirts free of charge before sending them out to me. Try them you wont be disappointed, nothing is to much trouble. Shaun”

“I am a reluctant shopper. About a year ago I needed a suit for a particular event. We were in Dundrum for a different purpose altogether and as we were passing the shop my wife persuaded me to go in and have a browse. Within a few seconds I was greeted in a most friendly and professional way by Darragh. Without even measuring me he was able to tell me my size in waist, chest and neck. Some time later I left with two suits, a shirt, shoes, ties and socks. Because of the success of that visit I have been back on a number of occasions and have purchased a variety of items. I now have come to rely on Daragh Cullen for advice. I have also had the pleasure of being looked after by Dave. Both Darragh and Dave are a credit to the company. They are so professional and genuinely friendly. Now I don't ever have to think about where I will shop whenever I need something. I find the range of brands and styles refreshing. Brendan Byrne”

“Very pleased with the attention I received and the willingness of your staff member Dmitrijs to spend time with me ,the customer until we found what we needed. I have shopped several times at your store and each time have found Dmitrijs very helpful on every occasion to the extent that he is now the go to person for me.
