“The service was superb, very quick and efficient, but the reason I give four stars is because of the packaging. For a small credit-card size gift voucher (and one A4 page voucher receipt) to be posted in a cardboard box that is sized (approximately) 18" x 12" is, I think, a bit much. I'm not a climate change or environmentalist fanatic, but even I reckon that the waste of packaging here is completely unnecessary. Aside from this, great service.”
