“I visited Louis Copelands Wicklow street branch in December to get fitted for a suit for my upcoming wedding. My consultant was Geoff Coughlan and I can’t say enough good things about this gentleman. He is top class, knows exactly what he is doing and does it with such great charm and humour. Geoff makes you feel like you are the most important client he has. The attention he gave both myself and my fiancé was second to none. He involved us both in every step of the process, consulting and creating the whole way through it all together, it really was a great and fun experience. He even had us come back to the store the next day because he wanted to bring his own tie in from home to show us different ways to style the suit after the wedding. In the end I walked away with an incredibly beautiful suit, shirt and tie for my wedding. Every detail was meticulously thought through by Geoff and most importantly I feel fantastic wearing it. It is rare to find someone who goes above and beyond but that is what Geoff did every step of the way Thank you Geoff for making our experience at Louis Copeland a truly memorable one, we cant wait to come back!”

“As a life long shopper at Louis Copelands, in particular Wicklow St, Capel St and the webstore I have never had an issue. The selection of clothing on offer is extensive and the product quality is excellent. When you walk in you are greeted and cared for as if you we're a returning family member, even when they don't know you! It is clear the whole LC brand strives to deliver an excellent customer experience, a goal they achieve with obvious ease. Great place to shop.”

“I had two gift vouchers that I received as presents so decided to treat myself. The team online advised that the physical gift vouchers needed to be swapped for an online voucher, and they did it for me in a matter of minutes. I ordered my product and it arrived exactly on the time/day I had been advised of. The service overall, from start to finish, exceeded my expectations. I'm already looking for my next potential purchase based on this recent experience.”

“A recent purchase from Louis Copeland should be a master class to all other retailers. The items ( bought online) arrived beautifully packaged with a lovely note and little chocolate box. The customer follow up was like nothing I've seen before, incredible. I made the effort to purchase from Irish businesses this Christmas and I'm so glad I purchased from Louis Copeland.
