“Love the products. Love the service. “Would highly recommend without reservation shopping on line with Louis Copeland & Sons. The website is just so easy to navigate, super fast in finding the product you want. The turnaround time from you place your order to receiving it is superb. The way the order arrives is just class; you know that someone has put time into wrapping the order, down to the receipt been put into a sealed white envelope. These little touches set Louis Copeland apart from other on line retailers. They demonstrate exemplary customer service, as regardless of the value of the order, the same attention to detail is experienced with each delivery. They make you feel “special” as a customer and this to me is extremely important as the consumer. Continued business success.”

“the shirt that I ordered was top quality as usual. Unfortunately the same could not be said for the delivery service as the box was left outside my hall door in the rain overnight. Came home on Sunday morning to find the box had been soaked right through. Would not order online again.”
