“I am a regular customer between instore and a little online. Love the shops and I trust the brand completely. I have never been dissatisfied with the staff or service, and RARELY buy elsewhere. I would point out something I do find annoying though...I know LC runs the Gant Store in Dundrum and I get emails regularly about same. When u click on a product picture in the email it just brings you to an info page about the Gant Store opening times and location on the LC site...not to a Gant online shop. I know I can select Gant from the designers list....but being LC site I cant look at the Gant range for ladies which my wife is a fan of too. There is no point in showing ladies clothing options on an email...when you can't get at them online (or am I missing a link on the site somewhere?). Other than that Louis Copeland A1. Thanks”

“My husband loves Louis Copeland stores but unfortunately we hadn't the time to shop in the store on our last visit to town. As a frequent user of online shopping services - I ordered a Gant top for my husband and it was delivered promptly and the packaging was fab - attention to detail was much appreciated and the courtesy note included was a lovely touch too.
